About PATCA

PATCA- PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS’ AND TAX CONSULTANTS’ ASSOCIATION is a REGISTERED SOCIETY under the Tamil Nadu societies registration act, 1972 founded by Shri V Sivaraman, Retd DGM., BSNL to serve the Book-keepers and Consultants’ community thru. Various educational and motivational programs and to undertake various projects on GST and indirect tax laws of India. Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one’s awareness on a range of issues – from basic tax knowledge to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one’s taxation rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better professional. Doubtless, acquiring knowledge is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. Moreover, when an elder sibling is relevantly skilled to be employable and begins earning, the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation.

FOUNDER PRESIDENT:

Sri. V.Sivaraman started his career as a clerk in the P&T Department and elevated as Dy. General Manager (Fin) in BSNL retired during 2015. He has worked in central Ministries for more than 25 years in Delhi. During the period, he held key positions like, Accounts Officer (Finance advice) in the Ministry of Finance, Finance Officer Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Asst. Director General, Audit, Telecom, etc. He was deputed to Canada and United States as intern for study of Regulatory Environment, Interconnect,/ Universal service obligations etc. He was Faculty member in Telecom Training Centre.
